Real Estate is one form of investment, another is stocks. I'm a fan of Tesla and when Chinese Company (#NIO) IPO'd Sep 2nd, a name was given to it as the 'Tesla of China'.

- #NIO IPO last week and shot up 70% on Thursday.

- One week later it's down 30%

- Great performance at #Goodwood

- Donald Trump China Tariffs

What should you do on #NIO? Buy it while it's still in the $7~8.00 Per Share range and hold it. They'll start production in 2020.
