So why is it important to Host an Open House?
To show your home to the world.
Hosting an Open House is like placing your home on display at a retail store for customers to see, walk-in, and feel the home for themselves. It's hard enough for customers to post and view homes; it's even harder for you to take time out of the day to schedule an important viewing of the home. When you've walked into the home, you know if you like it or not and I'm there to help you make that decision.
1. Research
- Check it out online! If the home is on the market, it's on the MLS with detailed information. If not, then the realtor has flyers ready for you to examine at the open house.
2. Schedule & Go
- Once you decide that it's a good fit for you, make time to view the potential investment property or primary resident.
3. Need help Making a decision?
- Realtor's are there to help you decide because we have an incentive to help you. We go to our 9AM ~ 5PM jobs because our incentive is x-amount of dollars per hour/salary. Realtors not only help with consultation, we take action. I tell my clients all the time, 'buy this home because the tax incentives, rent vs mortgage, what you can do with a paid off home, what you can do with financing, etc...' or 'Do not buy this home because it's out of your price range, I've discovered that there needs to be further inspection that I recommend you look in to, etc...'
- Our information is valuable because it saves you time by helping you in the decision making process. Hosting an Open House means we've done our research, we must disclose any findings we discover to potential buyers and that we inform the best parts of ownership that out weights the negatives.

- Simple, but one of the hardest things.
NIKE has an amazing slogan "JUST DO IT."
Too many people do a lot of research but do nothing with their knowledge. Instead, they find more reasons NOT to do something when they've done more research than necessary.
People can't do push ups for you. You have to JUST DO IT.
- Gary Vee
With all this being said, you've done your research, you know what to do and now let me assist you by hands on demonstration via contracts, deeds, titles, finance, negotiating for you to get the best price and so much more. I will show you how to correctly do those push ups and give you a step by step plan to reaching your desired results; metaphorically speaking for buying/selling/renting a home.
